What data we collect

Forms. When you submit a dealer application, a purchase enquiry or the contact form, we store the form fields (e.g. company name, contact person's name, email, phone and message), the time of consent, the language and the page address. To protect against spam, we store a one-way hash derived from your IP address, not the IP address itself.

Usage statistics. We count anonymously how many times models and country pages were viewed, filters were used and purchase, phone and website links were clicked. The counters are daily totals and do not contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, form text, IP addresses or cookies.

Google Analytics. With your consent, we use the Google Analytics 4 service to measure site traffic (e.g. pages viewed, device, approximate location at country/city level). The service provider is Google Ireland Ltd; data may also be processed outside the EU under Google's standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the “Cookie settings” link.

Location. The “Find near me” feature uses your browser's location only with your consent and only on your device to calculate distances. Your location is not sent to our server.

Map. The stockist map loads map images from the OpenStreetMap server. When you open the map, that server sees your IP address, as with any web request. You can choose not to open the map – the stockist list also works without it.

  • Form data: answering enquiries and processing dealer applications (taking pre-contractual steps at your request or legitimate interest; consent when submitting the form).
  • Anonymous statistics: developing the site (legitimate interest).

Retention

We keep form data until the enquiry has been processed and then for up to 24 months if no business relationship arises. The administrator can delete an entry at any time.

Data sharing

Data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes. Data is stored on the servers of the web hosting provider Veebimajutus.ee. If your enquiry concerns a purchase, we may forward it to a sales partner with your permission.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected and to request its deletion, and to lodge a complaint with the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate) (www.aki.ee).
